- Chief of Metropolitan Police-v-Mann (Uxbrigde Magistrates Court)-successfully opposed police’s application for a world-wide football banning order by arguing that client’s trial in Portugal during Euro 2004 breached Article 6 of ECHR. Case attracted intense national and international publicity.
- ABTA-v-Nardi-represented barrister and legal counsel of ABTA in civil fraud proceedings in the Chancery Division where there was a worldwide mareva injunction and a claim for £3m. Case attracted national publicity.
